In November, 2024 citizens of Ashland, Oregon voted on a potential $75,000,000 revolving line of credit to construct a new water treatment plant. A community forum was held on this (opponents of the revenue bond declined to participate as they were not given equal notification of the forum as were proponents of the revenue bond).
